BM2009 calcium ferrum sulfur element measuring apparatus

 Abstract: BM2009 calcium ferrum sulfur element measuring apparatus is the quantitative analysis apparatus developed as required by cement enterprises. It is mainly used to analyze CaO, Fe2O3 and SO3 content in cement slurry, clinker, cement and other materials. At the same time, we measure CaO and Fe2O3content in slurry to supply basis for slurry mixture ratio. Cement clinker is mainly used to supervise whether slurry ingredient conforms to target value; we control mixing quantity of clinker (when limestone is added into cement ingredient, we must observe variable quantity of CaO and Fe2O3simultaneously) through CaO content by measuring CaO, Fe2O3 and SO3 in cement and mixing quantity of gypsum through SO3 content by controlling cement setting time. We can indirectly learn concrete strength and measure uniformity of released cement through marked composite materials. BM2009 calcium ferrum sulfur element measuring apparatus can also be applicable to other occasions whether calcium, ferrum and sulfur shall be measured, for instance: environmental protection sulfur reduction in thermal power plant and accurate measurement of desulfuration gypsum CaO and SO3 to mainly supervise desulphurization efficiency of limestone (lime powder).

(9) After measurement is completed, "pull-out measurement tray" warning function is prompted within 8s (new functions are unavailable from other manufacturers)
